For the Hermès watchmaking installation, we created a poetic journey through time, immersing guests in the world of Hermès’ iconic timepieces. Hosted in an elegant scenography, the installation featured four interactive showcases set against a backdrop of colored glass panels that formed a labyrinth-like environment. Each showcase was carefully designed to highlight different facets of time, travel, and craftsmanship, inviting guests to engage with the essence of Hermès in a visually striking and immersive way.

Developing four sensory installations, each exploring a different dimension of time through movement, interaction, and light.

For Hermès’ horology installation, we created an immersive journey through time, showcasing the brand’s iconic timepieces in a poetic and interactive way. The installation featured four distinct showcases, each designed to explore different facets of time, movement, and craftsmanship.
Technically, the project presented a complex challenge of integrating both mechanical and digital elements. The first showcase, exploring the transition between day and night, used a manual wheel to allow guests to switch between the two states, accompanied by shifting light patterns. The second, a horse racing theme, utilized LED light bands to represent the racecourse and the race against time. The third, focused on travel, featured a motorized watch moving along a rail to symbolically connect two cities through their time zones. The fourth showcase featured a dialogue between three watches, with each connected to a small speaker that brought these timepieces “to life” for guests. The precise synchronization of these elements was essential to create a seamless and cohesive experience across all the displays.
